A quick and easy waffle recipe that tastes great and is gluten-free as well as keto friendly.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lupin flour
- 2 tablespoons Natvia Granular Sweetener*
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons pure whipping cream
- ½ teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Whip eggs in a small bowl
- Add all other ingredients and mix well
- Let the mixture sit while you preheat the waffle pan
- Poor ¼ of the mixture in the waffle pan, close, and flip over right away. Cook for 1 minute, then flip again and cook for a further 1 minute
- Enjoy!
